Mercedes Teaser

Mercedes-Benz, a luxury automaker, is set to unveil a new entry-level EV in September this year. At IAA Mobility 2023 in Germany, the company is expected to show off the vehicle which would be more closer to CLA. While the automaker already has five electric vehicle models, this will be the company’s first EV in the entry-level EV segment.

Joseph Agrestra, Mercedes dealer board chair stated that the company has many more EVs in the pipeline and they certainly think EV is the future. The electric version of the CLA-sized sedan will directly compete with the Tesla Model 3 and is expected to have 400 miles of range. According to the sources, it will have a tech-focused interior and will be more appealing to younger buyers.
